- Mushroom Ceviche (with jalapeno, coriander, tomato, and spanish onion) served on corn strips
- Veggie Burger (roasted cauliflower and sweet potato pattie) served with mint yoghurt, sorrel leaf, roasted capsicum and caramelised onion
- Baked polenta with rosemary mushroom and tomato salsa (picture attached)
- Farmers market breakfast bowl with quinoa, avocado, roasted veggies, and herb potato
- Zucchini bites with poached egg, served with wilted native spinach
