FOOD STALL REQUIREMENTS
Home Businesses are now monitored by Local Government rather than NSW Food Authority
All stalls selling food at Cobbitty Markets must comply with Camden Council Regulations
Food Stallholders need to
1. Submit a Food Premises Notification form, for Temporary Food Premises, or obtain a Camden Council food authority.Further details can be found here: https://www.camden.nsw.gov.au/environment-and-regulatory-services/food-safety-and-premises/ to Camden Council. 2. Comply with Regulations of Home Businesses and Food Preparation Details can be accessed via - http://www.foodauthority.nsw.gov.au/retail/home-based-mixed-businesses
Cobbitty Markets are held in the grounds of Cobbitty Public School, on Cobbitty Road, within Cobbitty village. 
All prospective stallholders for Cobbitty Village Markets need to apply through the on-line application process to the Market Committee.
