I am super excited to announce that I have created a fun and well researched boxset of children's books tilted ‘How Does Your Body Feel?’, that will support all our little children who experience big emotions, in feeling confident, calm and in control of their reactions when they are experiencing uncomfortable feelings. The boxset was officially launched 11/11/22, and to date it has proven to be popular, and very engaging for young children.
The ‘How Does Your Body Feel?’ series has been endorsed by the well-known Australian parenting author, educator and speaker Maggie Dent (see attached) who has stated that the books are 'Possibly the best she has seen'.
The 'How Does Your Body Feel?' Boxset is a beautiful boxset consisting of four short books that has been created to help teachers, parents and therapists teach children about emotions and the regulation tools they can use when they are experiencing uncomfortable feelings. The stories within the books are written in rhyme and are filled with evidence based occupational therapy strategies and cognitive and mindset interventions that are used by therapists and teachers worldwide, and align with all of the current curriculums that are being taught within day-cares, preschools and schools across Australia
